What I Do
I offer a range of services, from a small closet to a whole-house move! I can never guarantee how long a job will take. This is for several reasons, including size of area, condition of area, and, well... you! I can guarantee that I will work as hard and as efficiently as allowed.
In Person Consultation - Free
Let’s talk about your project! I’m happy to make a home
visit to get a better idea of your organizational goals and needs.
During this time, I will take photos for my reference and initial
measurements. Expect this to take 45 min to an hour.
Hourly Rate - $75 (3 hour minimum)
My rate includes time I spend researching and designing organizing solutions, professional labeling, and taking any donations to your preferred charity or organization. Shopping services available for an additional fee. Itemized records for tax purposes will be available upon request. You only pay for hours that services are rendered in the home.
Payments
50% of the estimate is required for the job to begin, along with a signed contract. Remainder will be billed at completion of the job with time added on hourly until completion.
Maintenance Hourly Rate - $100
Have I done everything you need and you love it, but are having a hard time maintaining it? This one is for you! I love my clients and appreciate your loyalty. I'll come back and make sure your spaces are maintained and as beautiful as the first time I organized for you.
Virtual Hourly Rate - $85
Not local to Des Moines? No problem. We offer virutal services too!
